Can I see Gregory in person for a facial treatment?

Is Gregory available for special events?

I live too far to visit Gregory but would like to discuss my skin with him. Is there a way to do that?
Yes! Gregory offers virtual consultations for those who can’t visit him in person. Visit the “Shop” tab of the website and click on “Virtual Consultation” to purchase your session.
Do I need to choose my exact treatment before my visit?
No, you do not need to select a specific treatment on your first visit, though you are welcome to. Gregory will conduct a full consultation and review your concerns and goals for your skin and make recommendations for best treatment options. Select “first time client” when booking online.
What should I do to prepare for my treatment with Gregory?
Prior to your visit, you will want to discontinue any actives in your skincare regimen for 3 days beforehand. It is also advised to leave at least a week between any waxing and/or injectables appointments before your facial treatment. Besides that, feel free to jot down any questions and take some photos of your current product regimen to show Gregory.
What should I expect after my facial treatment with Gregory?
A radiant and glowing complexion! Some clients may experience a slight purging of the skin post treatment, though this is rare with Gregory’s techniques. Some people may also experience slight flaking from professional exfoliation, which resolves in a few days. Additionally, sensitive skin may experience minor redness for a few hours post treatment. Any treatments that may require additional downtime afterwards will be reviewed by Gregory with the client.
How often should I get a facial?
Ideally, clients are advised to get a professional facial treatment monthly, or every 4 to 6 weeks, for optimum results. While each individual session will have benefits for the skin, ongoing and cumulative treatments will produce the most visible results.
I’m being treated by a dermatologist for a skin issue, can I still get a facial treatment?
Many clients seeing a dermatologist can still get facial treatments. Gregory suggests getting the “okay” from your doctor before you book. Gregory is also happy to discuss treatment options with your doctor.
I’m taking medicine for my skin, can I still get a facial treatment?
This varies by client and medication. Topical prescriptions should be stopped for the few days before and after your visit. Be sure to list any and all medication on your intake form. Please note: clients who are actively taking Accutane may not receive facial treatments until they have discontinued use for 6 months. Product Questions
I’m not sure which products to purchase. How do I decide?
Gregory has categorized the products by color. The Blue line addresses hydration, radiance and anti-oxidant protection. The Pink line focuses on anti-aging and repair. And the Green line works to balance the skin and curb breakouts.
Can I get samples of the products before I buy them?
Clients who visit Gregory for facial treatments are given complimentary samples after their visit. For website clients, most products have a “sample” option for purchase as well as a travel kit that includes the full range with deluxe size samples. Samples may also be included with your online order depending on what is available.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted on unopened/unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Returns after 14 days and up to 30 days will receive store credit valid for gregorydylan.com. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do you ship products overseas?
Yes, we are happy to coordinate sending your order out of the country. Please e-mail info@gregorydylanbeauty.com to place an international order.
Can I create a wholesale account for Gregory Dylan Skincare?
